Planning and execution of first annual Good Sam TopGolf Challenge, a fundraising and awareness building event for the Good Samaritan Health Center.
Provided full planning and event day execution including invitations, email blasts, signage, sponsorship packets, attendee communications, venue and catering reservations, award ordering, slideshow preparation, speaker scripts and program production as well as on-site pre-event, during event and post-event management. Also included post-event followup.
Through targeted marketing and audience segmentation, 74% of the 128 attendees were individuals or organizations with no previous exposure to the mission and vision of Good Samaritan. Event was planned and hosted with only a five week lead in, and was focused on marketing vs. fundraising. However, through targeted sponsorship opportunities, ticket sales and soft asks event netted over $3,000 in immediate donations and numerous additions to monthly giving program.
